Key Responsibilities:

Investment Committee & Documentation: Prepare and present investment committee papers for add-ons, waivers, amendments and other contractual adjustments, and support the negotiation of related legal documentation
Financial Analysis & Modelling: Develop, maintain and update financial models for portfolio companies, including valuation, sensitivity and scenario analyses, and assess financial performance, credit profile and covenant compliance
Portfolio Company Engagement: Act as a point of contact for the portfolio companies, engaging directly with management teams on financial and strategic matters
Buy & Build Add-ons: Work on add-on financings and follow-on investment opportunities within the existing portfolio of platform investments
Process Improvement & Team Support: Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio monitoring tools and processes, and support the development of working students
Network: Build, maintain and expand a strong professional network with key stakeholders, including portfolio company management, advisers and law firms
Your profile

Key skills and experience include:
• 3–5 years of experience in Private Credit / Private Debt, Leveraged Finance, Transaction Advisory, Restructuring, Credit / Portfolio Monitoring or Investment Banking
• Demonstrated experience in credit monitoring, with a thorough understanding of credit fundamentals, capital structures, legal documentation and structuring
• Strong financial due diligence and modelling skills (including LBO and other acquisition financings)
• Prior exposure to financing documentation, with the ability to understand and assess key commercial, legal and credit-related terms
• Good understanding of the DACH market, with a particular focus on the small to mid-cap space
• Ability to manage and monitor multiple portfolio companies concurrently and quickly identify key issues and mitigants
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and business acumen
