Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Manager, Service Planning & Administration, you will be responsible for the intake of service requests, maintenance of work orders, and document control. Other tasks include job package preparation, time management, billing, and invoice submission.

Job Description:

• Manage intake and creation of work orders
• Review and manage service related documentation
• Compile customer information and submit for approval
• Invoice service workorders for internal and external customers
• Invoice Warranty claims
• General administration and clerical duties, as required
• Collection of customer payments

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills
• Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment
• 2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset
• Computer proficiency with a variety of software
• Customer Service mindset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Note:

• This is a permanent, full time position for our Saskatoon location
• Position is 5x2 Monday-Friday (8-430)
