Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
 

Purpose: Maintain and ensure operational readiness of all fire detection, suppression, and life safety systems to protect personnel, equipment, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on fire detection and suppression systems
• Test and maintain fire alarm panels, detectors, and notification devices
• Maintain gaseous suppression systems (FM-200, Novec, etc.)
• Inspect and service fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps
• Conduct regular fire drills and evacuation exercises
• Maintain emergency lighting and exit signage systems
• Coordinate with fire authorities for inspections and approvals
• Investigate fire alarm activations and implement corrective actions
• Maintain fire safety documentation and compliance records
• Update and maintain emergency response procedures
• Train staff on fire safety protocols and equipment usage
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes

Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field
• Diploma with extensive fire safety experience considered

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in fire safety systems maintenance
• Experience with gaseous suppression systems in data centers or critical facilities preferred
• Knowledge of NFPA 75, NFPA 76, and NFPA 2001 standards

Skills & Competencies:

• Thorough understanding of fire detection and suppression technologies
• Knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations (Thai and international)
• Ability to read fire system drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Emergency response and crisis management capabilities
• Good communication and training delivery skills

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• Fire Safety Officer License (Thailand) - Required
• NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification - Preferred
• Gaseous suppression system certifications

Language:

• Fluent in Thai and English
