Description
Overview / About us
We're Leith. A brand consultancy and creative agency in the same room.
We create powerful and enduring brand platforms that execute with impact and relevance, compounding over time. We call it Leithal Thinking You Can't Ignore.
Based in the heart of Edinburgh and part of Lumanity, we combine the agility and soul of a boutique agency with the reach of a global consultancy. We're partnering with organisations including Lloyds, NBCUniversal, Eli Lilly, Sanofi and Tennent's, and we're building an international reputation for strategy, creativity and digital thinking.
We're now looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to help shape the next chapter.
Responsibilities / Position overview
The role
You'll work with clients from the earliest strategic conversations through to measuring the impact of the experiences we create.
You'll connect brand, campaign and customer experience strategy with analytics, research and digital performance, helping clients make better decisions across websites, CRM and connected customer journeys.
This isn't a role for someone who simply reports on performance. We're looking for someone who uses evidence to influence strategy, challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities that drive meaningful commercial results.
Qualifications
You'll bring
· Strong experience in digital strategy, analytics, customer experience or digital consultancy.
· The ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
· Experience developing digital measurement frameworks and performance strategies.
· Confidence working alongside UX, creative, technology and client teams.
· Curiosity about AI, emerging technology and the future of digital strategy.
Benefits
Why Leith?
This is an opportunity to help shape one of the UK's most exciting digital strategy practices.
You'll work across diverse sectors, influence senior client decisions, contribute to new business and play a key role in how our strategy capability continues to evolve.
If you're excited by the opportunity to combine strategic thinking, creativity and digital expertise to solve meaningful business problems, we'd love to hear from you.
