Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and optimize DFT strategies for NAND flash memory designs, including Digital design, Custom/Analog design circuits & NAND flash memory arrays.
- Analyze design testability to ensure compliance with quality, coverage, and manufacturability requirements.
- Create, debug, and optimize test sequences and test modes.
- Design, develop, and optimize firmware for NAND test algorithms, and validate functionality through simulation and silicon.
- Validate designs using Verilog simulations and XA simulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Design & Product Engineering) to ensure seamless DFT integration.
- Work with Product Engineering (PE) during: First silicon bring‑up, Debug and characterization & Ramp to high‑volume production
- Support post‑silicon validation, failure analysis, and debug activities.
- Document DFT methodologies, validation results, and provide clear technical reports and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Custom/Analog Design or Product Engineering with hands-on silicon exposure.
- Strong understanding of: Digital design, Custom/Analog Design, Verification, DFT and test principles.
- Proficiency in Verilog, C/C++ and Python.
- Solid understanding of NAND flash memory architecture.
- Exposure to AI-Enabled, and Agentic AI technologies, with the ability to adopt a "Design + AI" approach by leveraging innovative AI-driven solutions to accelerate design and validation, improve productivity, and enhance engineering effectiveness and performance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in cross‑functional, global teams.
- Nice to have: Laboratory skills (lab tools such as oscilloscope, LSA, function generator) and testing on silicon at both wafer and package level.
- Interpret product specifications and design circuits to meet required functionality.
