Job Duties:

• Assist clients through the loaner process
• Answer customer questions on the loaner process.
• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
• File accident reports
• Complete general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
• Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.

Hours: 6AM-2PM, Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays, 7:45AM-3PM

Qualifications:

• Have a strong commitment to customer service.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
