Analyst

Role Description:

The Analyst is responsible for independently configuring, maintaining, and optimizing system setups to support business operations and client requirements. This role demands strong technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, adaptability to evolving priorities, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert within the setup and configuration function, ensuring the accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of configuration services while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into accurate and efficient system configurations.
• Perform validation, testing, and quality assurance reviews prior to implementation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration-related issues, escalating when additional expertise or support is required.
• Effectively manage workload while consistently meeting quality, productivity, and service-level objectives.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with governance and operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members by providing support when needed and proactively seeking assistance to ensure delivery of work timely.
•  Actively engage with stakeholders, listen to concerns, and incorporate feedback into solutions and recommendations.
• Adapt effectively to changing business priorities, client requirements, and operational demands while maintaining service quality.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the U.S. Benefits and Healthcare domain.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and database concepts.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system and configuration issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting configuration requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in setup, configuration, implementation, system administration, operations, or related functions.
• Prior experience with Alight / Aon / Wipro is an added advantage.

• Reduction in setup defects, rework, and configuration-related errors.
