We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join an exceptional luxury country house hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.
This award-winning destination combines refined hospitality with contemporary style, offering an outstanding restaurant, elegant bar, beautiful private event spaces and luxury accommodation set within stunning countryside grounds.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 36 colleagues across all food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service standards.

- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus £10,000 to £12,000 service charge

The Role…
- Lead, motivate and develop a food and beverage team of around 36
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, lounges, private dining and events
- Work closely with the senior management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Support the delivery of approximately 10 weddings per year, alongside several exclusive-use events
About You…
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, or a strong Assistant Food & Beverage Manager ready for the next step
- A proven background within a busy luxury country house hotel or high-end hospitality environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
