Join a team committed to excellence in resident care and clinical leadership. Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Nursing Supervisors for both AM and PM shifts to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Position Summary
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting and mentoring clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced nurse with strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications
Active California LVN license in good standing
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient daily operations
