About You
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from initial concept through final closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with clients, contractors, design teams, and other project stakeholders. You are a hands-on leader and relationship builder who takes ownership of projects, anticipates problems, and gets things done. You have a strong understanding of commercial construction, know how to manage budgets and schedules, and can effectively bring clients, designers, contractors, and consultants together to deliver successful projects on time and on budget
In this role, you will…
Lead multiple commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and overall project plans.
Lead architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other project team members.
Coordinate bidding, RFPs, contractor selection, permitting, construction, and closeout.
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and payment applications.
Conduct project and construction meetings and maintain clear project documentation.
Monitor project progress, costs, schedule, quality, and risks; identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
Provide regular project status updates, including budget, schedule, risks, and key milestones.
Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Maintain organized project files and ensure complete project closeout.
Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
Mentor and collaborate with other project management staff and contribute to business development.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
8–10+ years of construction or project management experience, in commercial real estate.
Strong knowledge of design, construction, project management, and building systems.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading projects from concept through completion.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Strong budget, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead project teams, manage contractors and vendors, and work effectively with senior-level clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Project Management software, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
PMP, CCM, or LEED certification is a plus.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $135,648 to $153,282.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
