The client is BBVA, a company specializing in financial services with a global presence, providing banking and digital solutions to a diverse customer base. Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Software Design & Solutions is required. Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development and Software Engineering is suggested. Drive the continuous improvement of software design and development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Analyze complex problems and propose innovative, scalable solutions that meet project requirements. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor project progress and contribute to risk management by identifying potential challenges early.
