## Role Purpose
Assistant Store Manager is responsible of overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store and maximize profitability. They are responsible for a range of tasks, including managing staff, handling customer service, and maintaining inventory.
## Key Accountabilities
- Achieve the team’s assigned strategic sales targets across Consumer Voice, Terminal, Post-paid, Enterprise, MNP, Connectivity, and ADSL, while enhancing sales performance MoM.
- Drive YoY revenue and margin growth by motivating the team to up-sell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services.
- Monitor sales quality and continuously improve closure rates MoM.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and effective complaint handling, with a focus on reducing complaints MoM.
- Manage variance reports and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage end-of-day cash processes and ensure full adherence to cash operation policies and procedures.
- Manage and develop team performance through regular feedback, monthly observations, coaching sessions, one-to-ones, daily briefings, and tailored development plans.
- Provide continuous support, guidance, and solutions to the team while recognizing their efforts and achievements.
- Ensure Vodafone’s culture is effectively communicated and demonstrated, while achieving the company benchmark in Vodafone Employee Surveys.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintain agreed stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control and stock-taking.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain an accurate, up-to-date filing system.
- Manage team scheduling and update store communication messages as required.
- Communicate daily reports and correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
- Drive cost efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring all assigned tasks are delivered on time.
