Description
We are hiring on behalf of a US-based company for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to work remotely during US business hours. This role is ideal for sales professionals with proven international B2B sales experience, particularly those who have worked with clients in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia. Experience in the solar, lighting, LED, or electrical industries is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with US-based clients and prospects to develop long-term partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client records, and activity reports using CRM tools.
- Track sales performance against targets and consistently work toward achieving or exceeding goals.
- Provide timely follow-ups, updates, and reporting during US business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Prior international B2B sales experience is mandatory — specifically with clients/markets in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia.
- Candidates without international B2B sales experience will not be considered.
- Experience in solar, lighting, LED, electrical, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to work US EST shift hours.
