Job Purpose:
Our Regional Quality Manager leads the overall quality and continual improvement program in the assigned region in support of customer requirements and business objectives. This role supports ISO 9001:2015 and product safety compliance in support of customer needs by performing internal audits, management reviews, and facilitating 3rd party audits.Job Responsibilities:
● Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and completion of corrective actions arising from audit nonconformances and customer complaints.● Support customer quality requirements, facilitates customer audits, and conducts supplier audits in collaboration with the Director of Supplier Quality.
● Manage process improvement projects in support of business objectives.
● Create, facilitate, train, and lead teams to successful completion of projects.
● Utilizes people skills to maximize team members/coworkers project contributions.
● Select appropriate strategy, analysis, tools, and techniques to achieve customer and business-related quality objectives.
● Effectively present and communicate status of project activity to management.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Successfully complete projects within financial and time deadlines.
● Maintains administrator records and prepares statistical performance reports related to business objectives.
● Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
● Travel is required up to 25% of the time within the designated region
Work Experience:
● 3-5 years of related job experience.Education:
