DTCP Growth invests in leading technology, software and AI companies out of its latest fund DTCP Growth Equity III. The team has made over 30 investments in Europe, Israel and the US.
For our Infrastructure strategy, we are looking for a motivated Portfolio Controller (m/f/d) to join our team based in Luxembourg to start as soon as possible. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, fast growing and entrepreneurial investment platform backed by an experienced team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Portfolio Controller, you will support the fund operations and reporting as well as the execution and monitoring of digital infrastructure investments. You will work closely with Director Fund Management and investment teams.
Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS / local GAAP)
- Assist in NAV calculations and reconciliation of fund accounts
- Monitor fund cash flows, capital calls, and distributions
Portfolio Monitoring Support
- Track financial performance of portfolio companies and reconcile reported figures
- Assist in maintaining fund-level and asset-level financial data
Investor Reporting
- Prepare investor reports, including capital account statements and performance summaries
- Support responses to investor queries and ad-hoc information requests
Transaction & Operations Support
- Assist with execution of investment and divestment transactions from a finance perspective
- Support capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution processes
- Liaise with fund administrators and custodians
Audit & Compliance
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Process Improvement & Systems
- Maintain and improve financial models, templates, and reporting tools
- Support data integrity across fund finance systems
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2-3 years of experience in fund administration or Big4
- Solid grasp of financial processes, LuxGaap and IFRS
- Thorough understanding of the Private Equity industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- High level of assertiveness coupled with the ability to work autonomously in a cooperative setting
- The desire and ability to work in a small, effective team environment
- Fluent English, both spoken & written
