Join Maxis as a Product & Channel Intern and gain hands-on exposure to product management, channel testing, quality assurance, and go-to-market processes within the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will support testing and validation activities across digital and customer channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Testing Execution
Perform and complete day-to-day testing activities according to assigned test scopes, plans, and schedules. Ensure testing activities are conducted accurately and within agreed timelines.
2. Test Results Management
Upload, track, and maintain testing results in designated systems or platforms upon completion of testing activities. Ensure test records are properly documented and updated.
3. Test Documentation & Evidence Collection
Capture, organize, and document relevant screenshots, test evidence, and observations from various channels throughout the testing process to support validation and reporting requirements.
4. Defect Management Support
Participate in defect triage sessions and collaborate with stakeholders by providing test findings, defect details, and supporting information to facilitate issue investigation and resolution.
5. Defect Retesting & Validation
Conduct defect retesting after fixes have been implemented, validate resolution effectiveness, and support defect closure within agreed service timelines where applicable.

As a Product & Channel Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in and gain exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle. This includes understanding how products are conceptualized, evaluated, approved, developed, and launched to market. You will learn about:

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Communication Skills
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with different stakeholders.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
Time Management & Accountability
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and take ownership of responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to identify issues, analyze findings, and contribute to discussions related to testing outcomes and defect resolution.
Attention to Detail
Strong attention to detail when documenting test results, capturing evidence, and validating system functionality.
