Location: Barcelona, Spain

Lead a strategic portfolio of data and AI products that enable better insights, decisions, and innovation outcomes across Product, Customer and Consumer, and Science Innovation and Labs. Partnering with senior leaders globally, you will define strategy, drive governance, and build scalable ways of working that deliver measurable business value.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for a Data and AI product portfolio supporting Product, Customer and Consumer, and Science Innovation and Labs priorities across the innovation pipeline. Take a day to day management role in the Science, Innovation, and Labs platform, specially

• Lead and develop Product Owners and cross-functional teams, setting clear outcomes, delivery standards, and operating rhythms

• Establish governance for value, risk, and compliance (data integrity, security, privacy, IP protection, responsible AI/model risk) and ensure audit-ready documentation

• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders across business platforms and Data and AI teams, managing priorities, dependencies, and strategic trade-offs

• Scale the reuse and standardization of data products, metrics, and AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation and decision-making

• Measure and improve adoption and business outcomes through defined success metrics, including faster experimentation cycles, improved decision quality, and enhanced reproducibility

You bring

• 15+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex global data and AI products and engagement with director- and executive-level stakeholders

• A strong track record of defining product strategy, securing investment, and delivering measurable business outcomes through clear performance metrics

• Experience working within research and development environments, such as discovery, formulation, analytical sciences, biotechnology, fermentation, or applied research

• The ability to translate scientific and business workflows into scalable data and AI capabilities

• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable business impact

• Strong collaboration, curiosity, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to unite diverse teams around shared objectives
