Machine Operator - Full Time Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations and manufacturing processes, with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various manufacturing machines, with a primary focus on CNC equipment. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation and Setup

• Operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and other computer-controlled equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Set up machines for production runs by installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials
• Load programs into CNC machines and verify accuracy before beginning production
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure product quality
• Monitor machine operations continuously to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications
• Perform routine machine start-up and shut-down procedures following established protocols

Quality Control and Inspection

• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Verify that parts meet dimensional specifications and quality standards
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate production records
• Identify defects or quality issues and take corrective action immediately
• Perform first-piece inspections and periodic quality
