Operations Support
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 4x/week in office)
Our client is looking for an Operations Support professional to join their growing technology team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting employees, improving internal processes, and contributing to IT initiatives across multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, user accounts, and workplace technology.
- Set up and manage employee devices, system access, and user accounts for new hires, departures, and internal changes.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
- Assist with technology implementations, office setup projects, system upgrades, and other operational initiatives.
- Track and manage hardware and software assets to ensure accurate inventory and lifecycle management.
- Support the administration of business applications, identity management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Help identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Escalate more complex technical issues as needed while providing a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is an asset.
- Experience supporting productivity suites, user access management, and endpoint administration.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and documentation best practices.
- Exposure to scripting, APIs, or workflow automation tools is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work onsite in Toronto, with occasional travel as needed.
