We are looking for a Lead Partner Representative to join the Strategic Digital Partner team, contributing to the growth and elevation of Nike's business with one of our key digital partners in EMEA. This role will help drive profitable growth and elevated consumer experiences by translating Nike's consumer and sport strategy into strong commercial execution. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, analytical capability and relationship-building skills, and is excited to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment shaping the future of Nike's integrated marketplace. Experience in sales, account management, merchandising, buying and/or planning.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will own defined commercial, assortment and planning topics for your Sport or business area, helping deliver profitable growth and premium elevated experiences. Working closely with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and Marketplace Supply Chain, you will help translate Nike's seasonal priorities into partner-specific execution, manage performance against business targets and identify opportunities to accelerate growth while maintaining marketplace health. Key responsibilities include:
Partner and relationship management with buyer-level counterparts
Commercial execution from sell-in through sell-out
Seasonal business planning and forecasting
Assortment ownership aligned to marketplace strategies and merchandising frameworks
Leveraging sales and digital performance data to optimise business performance
Supporting At-Once and Always Available opportunities
Delivering elevated digital consumer experiences
Leading projects that improve business performance or consumer experience
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sales Director Strategic Digital Partner and work closely with the Sales team. Internally, you will collaborate with Sport Teams, Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Sales Planning, Marketing, Marketplace Supply Chain, Finance and Legal. Externally, you will build strong relationships with partner buying, operations and commercial teams to drive mutual growth and deliver a elevated consumer experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
You bring relevant experience in sales, merchandising, planning or digital commerce, alongside strong commercial and analytical capability. You are comfortable working with data, managing multiple priorities and translating insights into action. Most importantly, you are an effective collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about serving athletes and consumers.
Strong Partner Management Skills | comfortable leading strategic partners (relationship building, negotiation, forecasting, fore-sight approach)
Digital Commerce | experience in Digital commerce and understanding of digital marketplace including consumer and industry trends
Cross Functional Leadership | Experience in leading Cross Functional work streams and business development projects
Commercial & Results driven mindset | you show the ability to drive change and lead business decision to deliver against long term growth plans. You have a can-do mentality.
Anticipative Approach | ability to balance and connect day-today operational tasks with strategic priorities
Strong Communication Skills | you show the ability to elicit information, actively listen and verbalize ideas optimally (written and spoken)
