The Opportunity
As an Order Entry (OE) Specialist, you’ll process new orders, verify customer and billing details, and ensure accurate information is prepared for legal documents and billing. Your attention to detail will help keep records accurate and ensure information is properly coordinated with all relevant parties.

What You’ll Do
- Process and set up new orders accurately and within required timelines.
- Verify ordering client, billing, court, counsel, facility, and patient/subject information.
- Assign appropriate order and deposition dates based on order type and client requirements.
- Set up orders and assign the correct database codes for customer, billing/carrier, pending court, all counsels listed, and facilities.
- Conduct internet research to verify contact details and locate missing information as needed.
- Update order statuses, confirmations, and special client requirements in the system.
- Maintain daily productivity records and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
Key Criteria
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims environment is preferred.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with medical facility processes and med-legal terminology.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to quickly learn and apply new processes and concepts.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time (8:00PM – 5:00AM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
