In this role, you will ensure complex AI and enterprise features deliver a highly intuitive, premium UX across all global sites.
As a Design Lead, you will also be responsible for guiding design strategy, maintaining cross-functional alignment with product and engineering partners, and managing executive stakeholder relationships to ensure design standards are executed seamlessly.
Position Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end UX lifecycle—from initial wireframing and interactive prototyping to final engineering handoffs—for core enterprise tools and complex AI workflows.
Drive high-impact design solutions for core AI products (e.g., QA automation tools), translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operational leads to offload daily production execution while maintaining a premium design standard.
Establish robust design feedback loops to translate operational user friction into actionable UX/UI enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or enterprise interaction design.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and design-to-engineering handoffs for complex digital products.
Experience designing complex enterprise workflows, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven productivity software.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or guiding design teams or complex design initiatives.
Proven success designing and launching high-impact AI features or automation tools with measurable user satisfaction.
Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, and modern prototyping and handoff tooling.
Experience designing systems that translate complex technical data and machine learning output into clean, actionable UI components.
Exceptional track record of building consensus among cross-functional engineering and product leaders while managing complex delivery schedules.
