Description
Membership Engagement Specialist at our Roscoe and Beloit locations.
Pay Range $14-$16
Part Time –3+ hours a day, primarily opening and mid-day shift, one weekend a month required- with potentially more hours.
Our Membership Engagement Specialists are responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position establishes a positive environment, supervises a dedicated membership team, greets and interacts with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
