About the role
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, working 39 hours per week.
As our Experimentation Lead Specialist, you will help shape how we use data, testing and customer insight to improve digital experiences and commercial performance across Dyson's global e-commerce platforms. Working within a defined customer journey, product area or value stream, you will design and deliver high-quality experiments that validate ideas, reduce risk and support evidence-based decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver experimentation roadmaps within a defined customer journey or product area.
- Design, build, execute and monitor A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies.
- Partner with Product, Design and Analytics teams to deliver experiments effectively and at pace.
- Define clear hypotheses, success criteria and testing plans that align to business objectives.
- Analyse customer behaviour, performance data and experimentation results to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Translate complex findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Maintain robust documentation of experiments, outcomes and learnings to promote knowledge sharing.
- Apply experimentation standards and best practices to ensure quality, consistency and reliable decision making.
- Champion a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement within the wider product organisation.
About you
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- At least 2 years' experience in experimentation, digital optimisation, product management, analytics, e-commerce or a related discipline.
- A solid understanding of experimentation principles, hypothesis creation, A/B testing methodologies and statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful opportunities.
- Experience using data and insights to influence decisions and improve customer or commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tests and priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a global e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with experimentation, analytics or customer insight platforms.
