Description
About the Role
Our team is looking for a Client Planning Specialist who enjoys researching options, communicating with people, and turning multiple details into organized vacation plans. This fully remote opportunity focuses on helping clients navigate the planning process while providing consistent support from the initial conversation through completed reservations and itinerary preparation.
As a Client Planning Specialist, you will learn about each client's preferences, priorities, budget considerations, and desired experiences before helping identify appropriate vacation options. Depending on the client's needs, this may include resorts, cruises, theme park vacations, family getaways, romantic vacations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
You will also help clients understand available options, coordinate reservation details, maintain accurate planning records, and organize itinerary information as plans develop. Rather than simply processing a reservation, this position involves supporting the overall client experience and helping ensure individual vacation components work together effectively.
Strong communication is important because clients may have questions or need updates throughout the process. Attention to detail is equally important when reviewing dates, confirmations, reservation information, and itinerary components.
Previous experience in vacation planning is not required. New team members receive training covering planning resources, systems, booking procedures, and client support processes. Candidates should be self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and interested in developing strong planning and client service skills.
