Purpose Summary
Responsible for the design, development and delivery of more complex learning interventions and strategic project support, working within the direction set by the Lead: Learning & Development. The Specialist: Learning & Development contributes specialist instructional design capability and deeper stakeholder engagement, taking on higher-complexity assignments that go beyond the scope of the L&D Consultant. Also responsible for maintaining quality standards across the team's design and delivery work and for sharing expertise with more junior team members.
Educational Background
- Bachelors Degree (3 Years) / NQF Level 7 (essential)
- Postgraduate qualification in L&D, Organisational Development or HR (preferred)
- Legal or Professional services experience Essential (preferred)
Experience
- Design and delivery of complex or muti-stakeholder programmes (8 years)
