The West Palm Beach office is seeking a service-oriented Legal Assistant to support a group of attorneys. This individual will be solely responsible for scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings for the attorney, including communications with other law firms, court reporters, witnesses, videographers, and other litigation support.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred. Two or more years of experience in scheduling required. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required. FileVine experience preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
