Selling Grid Automation solutions and services is one of the key growth areas in CEAP region and this position will own and drive key actions based on the customer needs to grow the business.

Job Description

Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Own and accountable for GA Solutions & Services annual operating plan.
• Develop GA CEAP Solutions & Services growth strategy and plan, including, Digital Substation, Conventional Control Systems, Installed Base upgrades, Industrial, Grid Modernization, Value-Added services and AAA in collaboration with GA Product Line leaders and GA CEAP sales team
• Be the point of contact with global organization to secure NPI budget & Required developments and push/adapt existing VPs
• Responsible for driving homologations and prequalification activities
• Direct responsibility to grow the focused area
• Be responsible to dig the IB and set proactively targets for sales team to capture the IB potential
• Be the point of contact with other regions/GE businesses to explore new offerings
• Responsible to launch and run campaigns
• Be the reference in the region for the respected Product Line to support Sales & Tendering teams
• Support sales team in pre-acquisition activities and tendering on building offers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Software, or Business discipline from an accredited university
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Grid Automation, Smart Grid and Electric Utility related Software
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% as required, international and domestic 
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate it to solution architecture using different individual product and service in Grid Automation portfolio    

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge of the Grid Automation Products, Solutions and Services
• Knowledge of CEAP market
