Accountant

1. Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end closing

1) Prepare Monthly closing based on US GAAP

2) Reconcile BS account and monthly PL review
 

2. AR, AP management  

1) Review and post T&E claims in the accounting system with special attention to local compliance 

2) Review invoice/purchase order for accuracy or completeness in compliance with local tax and Group accounting policy 

3) Run AP ageing, vendor balance reports, and other related reports 

4) Prepare payments and manage accounts payables in general

5) Issue tax invoices reconciled with sales orders, delivery (pick & pack) reports, etc.

6) Manage customer credit limits

3. Intercompany management  

1) Reconcile intercompany transactions, and post adjusting entries if necessary  

2) Communicate with related departments or relevant subsidiaries on intercompany matters
 

4. Fixed Asset 

1) Manage asset item master

2) Manage fixed asset e.g. acquisition, depreciation and disposals, etc. 

5. Tax & Others 

1) Support internal, external, and statutory audit 

2) Support Corporate tax return

3) Support VAT filing including reconciliation

4) Support Withholding tax

 

JOB Requirements

1) Minimum 3~5 year experience in the finance field 

2) Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP Business One preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel

3) Able to work accurately with strong attention to details

4) Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulation

5) Good team player, self-motivated, and communication skills

6) Able to meet tight work schedule and manage multiple tasks under pressure

7) Good command of both spoken and written English
