GEICO is seeking an ARX Performance Specialist to support our Auto Repair Xpress (ARX) network in the Colorado area. In this role, you will partner with repair facilities to drive operational excellence, quality repairs, and an exceptional customer experience. You will conduct shop reviews, monitor repair facility performance, analyze key performance metrics, and collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
As an ARX Performance Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for our repair network, helping ensure facilities meet GEICO's standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining regular engagement with assigned repair facilities throughout the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite and virtual performance reviews of ARX repair facilities.
- Monitor and evaluate repair facility performance using established metrics and quality standards.
- Analyze operational data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with repair facilities to implement corrective actions and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repair partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support initiatives focused on improving cycle time, repair quality, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with GEICO policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with performance management, operational reviews, or vendor management is a plus.
Location Requirement:
This is a remote position; however, only candidates located in the Colorado area will be considered.

Annual Salary
$73,800.00 - $129,150.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
