Role summary:The (USA) Market People Partner leads the execution of workforce management and talent acquisition strategies to enhance associate experience, retention, and business performance across assigned stores. By collaborating with business partners and leveraging data insights, the People Partner drives continuous improvement in scheduling, staffing, and talent programs. What you'll do:
- Lead the execution of Workforce Management programs by identifying operational needs and developing business plans to improve scheduling and staffing performance.
- Manage talent acquisition strategies by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the job offer process to build a skilled workforce.
- Oversee talent pipelines and succession planning by analyzing data, identifying gaps, and implementing development programs to support career progression.
- Drive performance management through coaching, mentoring, and conducting evaluations to build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational goals.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in workforce and talent management, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop, communicate, and execute business plans and priorities effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve scheduling, staffing, and overall workforce performance.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities to develop associates and build high-performing teams.
- Adaptability and resilience to manage multiple initiatives, overcome obstacles, and support continuous learning and improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist orSpecialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years' Walmart management experience with 2 years' experience supervising
other salaried managers.
Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
