Pipeline Expert

Pipeline Expert will review the designs and implementation of Pipeline works including appraisal, Water and Sewer Pipeline Network, Water Distribution Pumping Stations, Sewerage Pumping Stations, Engineering Design, assist Procurement in 
activities, oversee contract management and performance monitoring, 
Quality Control of all the materials, Third party inspection, ensuring the 
progress during construction activities and implementation stage, assist in 
preparation of Project Completion Report. Experience in externally funded 
projects shall be preferred. Pipeline Expert shall preferably i) be Graduate 
Civil Engineer, ii) have 10 years experience in urban Water supply projects, 
and iii) experience in similar capacity and sound knowledge of FIDIC 
contract conditions, ADB procedures/ policies, Contract management, 
Construction Supervision and Design of Water supply & Sewerage system. 
Experience in externally funded projects shall have added advantage.
