What You'll Do
- You will lead the AP OE Demand Planning function by owning regional OE demand governance, business partnership, planning methodology, risk & opportunity management and OE demand integration into the AP S&OP process.
- You will act as the regional functional leader for OE Demand Planning across AP, establishing common planning standards, governance and capability while driving consistent execution across clusters. Partner closely with AP OE Business leadership to translate business strategies into executable demand plans, proactively manage demand risks and opportunities, and enable fact-based business decisions supporting profitable growth, inventory optimization and OE-to-Replacement demand transition.
- You will serve as the regional Center of Excellence (CoE) for OE Demand Planning, providing functional leadership, governance and planning expertise across AP markets where no dedicated cluster OE Demand Planning organization exists.
What We're Looking for
- You with deep expertise in OE demand planning, OEM production planning and automotive demand dynamics
- You have business partnering capability with commercial leadership; challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- You have demand planning methodology, governance and Risk & Opportunity management capability.
- You with good analytical capability translating market signals into business decisions
- You are able to build regional planning capability across countries without direct authority
- You with executive communication and cross-functional influencing
What Can Set You Apart
- You with digital planning, AI-enabled forecasting and advanced analytics experience preferred.
- You with 7-10 years in Demand Planning, S&OP or OE Planning within multinational organizations
- You with solid OE planning experience in automotive or industrial sectors.
- You with experience designing planning methodology and governance frameworks; demonstrated capability transformation
- You with bachelor's or above in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or related (required)
- You with master's degree, APICS / IBF / S&OP certification, analytics or statistical modeling training (desired)
