Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project & Program Manager to support editorial and transformation initiatives across the organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop project management, business analysis, and process improvement skills while working in an international environment. You will collaborate with project teams, support project delivery activities, and contribute to improving editorial processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects and workstreams within editorial and business transformation initiatives
- Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Gather, document, and analyze business and user requirements under the guidance of senior team members
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and process materials
- Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture business needs and feedback
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project activities and maintain information in project management tools
- Support change management and communication activities related to project implementations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while managing multiple activities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or similar collaboration/project management tools
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, enabling effective collaboration within international teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or a related field
- Experience supporting projects within editorial, publishing, content management, or digital content environments
- Exposure to business analysis, requirements gathering, or process documentation activities
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience working in international teams or multicultural environments
- Interest in digital transformation, workflow optimization, or content management solutions
- Basic understanding of editorial or publishing processes (digital or print)
- Experience working with or familiarity with legal and regulatory content, including document types commonly developed by Wolters Kluwer Polska, such as primary and secondary legal sources
