Job Description
We are currently seeking a representative to support our electronic fingerprinting and identity management services in our Fieldprint I-9 Researcher department.
Responsibilities
- Review, process, edit and submit Remote I9 services, including section 1, section 2, and section 3 as appropriate; handling of both standard and advanced queues
- Schedule and reschedule applicants as needed; support applicant questions and providence guide as requested
- Review, log and address site errors, vendor errors, and/or applicant errors as needed
- Handled digital photo reviews and submissions, public folder assistance, and other operational review tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as directed
Required Skills
- Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to understand the collection and completion process related to Form I-9 Section 1, Section 2 and Section 3
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are a must.
- Must have strong telephone skills.
Education
The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
