Redneck Outdoor Products is looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker with a valid Class A CDL to join our team. This position combines warehouse duties with transporting materials between company warehouses and facilities. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping materials organized and ensuring that products and materials are transported safely and efficiently between our facilities.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Load, unload, move, and organize materials and inventory in the warehouse.
· Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
· Transport materials, parts, and products between company warehouses using company vehicles.
· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required vehicle documentation.
· Secure loads properly and follow all DOT and company safety requirements.
· Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping materials.
· Maintain an organized and clean warehouse and loading areas.
· Verify quantities and materials being transferred between locations.
· Assist other warehouse and production departments as needed.
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Valid Class A CDL is required.
· Clean and acceptable driving record.
· Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
· Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
· Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
· Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
· Must be willing to perform both warehouse and CDL driving duties.
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
