Responsibilities:

• At end of each Process Order, takes possession of cart containing all related documents and scrap bins for processing in our ERP system.

• Performs physical scrap reconciliation from scrap bins provided and investigates variances

• Executes all component MIGO transactions on the related Process Order within our ERP system

• Completes all component scrap consumptions in our ERP system

• Complete expired material FM1802 form to remove components from ERP system

• Support Materials Water Spiders success as necessary

• Support Kaizen events to help improve material processes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must understand the Production Reporting process

• Must understand our manufacturing and build process

• Must understand our product development build process

• Must have working knowledge of our ERP system, SAP

• Must understand how to perform MIGO transactions.

• Must understand how to track material/component movements within MMBE screen

• Must understand how to issue all materials/components to PD Projects (1803 and Q)
