Salary Statement
Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Description
- Providing direct, on-site and daily leadership and management for a large NAWCAD engineering, prototyping and fabrication contract
- Acting as the single point of authority for the entire contracted effort
- Providing strategic leadership and executive oversight, holding ultimate accountability for contract performance, financial execution, and customer satisfaction
- Directing the efforts of cross functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites, establishing program goals and procedures while managing all contractual and financial aspects of the program
- Serving as the primary strategic interface with senior government leadership
- Delivering high-level briefings on program status, milestones, and overall performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience
- Or an Associate’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and two years additional work experience
- Or High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years additional work experience
- Of the minimum years of experience required, at least 5 of those years must be as a manager of a production facility
- Extensive experience as the primary interface and single point of authority for the entire contracted effort
- Experience providing strategic leadership and executive oversight, holding ultimate accountability for contract performance, financial execution, and customer satisfaction
- Experience directing the efforts of cross functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites
- Demonstrated experience establishing program goals and procedures while managing all contractual and financial aspects of the program
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-level briefings on program statue, milestones, and overall performance
Desired Skills
- Program Management experience in support of NAWCAD WOLF
- 10+ year’s experience managing production facilities
