Description
Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment programs for all prospective students at various locations Assists with the planning, programming, and execution of college tours, college-wide open houses,, information sessions, webinars, Jump Start recruitment and other admissions-related events Provides information to prospective applicants regarding the enrollment process of admissions, financial aid, and advising/registration stages Applies sales principles and customer relationship management techniques to build enrollment pipeline and achieve recruitment goals. Meets target recruitment and enrollment goals and is responsible for assigned recruitment territory. Promotes articulation agreements, Dual Credit, Jump Start, and Concurrent Enrollment with area high schools and vocational schools Develops relationships with high school guidance staff, teachers, community leaders, and businesses Generates prospective student leads through strategic relationship cultivation with various individuals, institutions, organizations, and religious leaders Identifies recruitment opportunities that would increase the number of minority or underserved applicants Arranges transportation and set up of recruitment materials Monitors the acquisition/replacement of recruitment supplies, marketing materials and equipment Coordinates recruitment efforts and training with Atlantic Cape, staff, alumni and ambassadors Recommends changes in presentations, set-up, services and procedures by evaluating results and competitive developments Qualifies recruitment activity and makes recommendations on the viability of each event Assists applicants through the enrollment process Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports Utilizes technology including but not limited to Colleague and Recruit software to maintain accurate student records and communications Maintains regular communication with prospective students through phone, email, text messaging, and CRM campaigns Coordinates and participates in recruitment activities, including high school visits, college fairs, community events, and information sessions to generate prospective student interest and support enrollment objectives. Maintains current knowledge of college programs, resources and services Ability to make oral presentations to individuals, small groups and large audiences. Performs related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
One to Three Years' experience in college admissions or recruitment Experience working with Ellucian's Colleague management information system preferred

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
