Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical consultations, health assessments, risk stratification, and interpret screening/diagnostic results to develop personalised preventive and longevity programmes.
- Provide clinical oversight for centre modalities and ensure proper screening, prescribing, treatment protocols, informed consent, and patient safety.
- Monitor client outcomes, manage adverse events, maintain accurate medical records, and refer clients to specialists or hospitals when required.
- Supervise clinical staff and contribute to clinical protocols, audits, medical education, health talks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all clinical practices comply with MMC guidelines, Malaysian healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and internal clinical governance policies.
Job Requirements:
- MBBS, MD, or equivalent recognised medical qualification with full Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration and valid APC.
- Minimum 3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience, preferably with outpatient, primary care, health screening, wellness, or aesthetic practice exposure.
- Strong knowledge and interest in preventive, lifestyle, longevity, anti-ageing, or regenerative medicine.
- Good consultation, communication, and patient relationship management skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Valid BLS certification and professional indemnity coverage; ACLS certification is an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting health talks, educational sessions, and representing the centre in events, webinars, or media activities.
- Willing to work on a 6-day rotating schedule, including weekends.
