JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and managing procurement operations and procure-to-pay (P2P) programs while leading small teams and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, process management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage operational activities across supply chain and procurement functions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Take ownership of procurement operations programs under the guidance of leadership.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of procure-to-pay and supply chain operations processes.
• Manage catalog management, PO management, MDM, Spot Buy, Helpdesk, and related operational activities.
• Leverage expertise across P2P and supply chain technologies.
• Create SOPs, desktop procedures, and process maps.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Drive QA programs and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier and stakeholder issues.
• Prepare reports and dashboards showcasing operational metrics.
• Support corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Manage junior- to mid-level client stakeholders.
• Lead 1–2 processes comprising teams of 5–10 members.

Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
• Master’s Degree (Preferred).
• Specialization in Supply Chain (Preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in Procurement Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience with P2P tools required.
• MS Projects and Power BI exposure preferred.
