Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Management
Own the end-to-end catalog experience, ensuring product information is accurate,complete, and optimized for customer discovery and conversion.
Define and maintaincatalog quality standards across content, attributes and imagery
2.Merchandising
Own category storefronts and product discovery journeys across the app. Plan andexecute merchandising strategies aligned with travel occasions, seasonal moments,campaigns, and business priorities.
Optimize category navigation, collections, sorting,and product placements to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
3. Customer Research & Insights
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through qualitative research, customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights. Identify unmet customer needs, emerging travel trends, and whitespace opportunities to form category strategy.
Translate customer insights into actionable improvements
What you'll need:
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience is also valued
● Prior experience in category management, merchandising, e-commerce, retail
● Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance data
● Strong customer intuition and ability to translate insights into action
● Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
● High ownership mindset, hustle, and bias for action
