Technical Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is part of a significant digital and organizational transformation aimed at modernizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on this impactful project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project by defining a realistic and clear roadmap that provides an overview of the entire project.
• Arbitrate operational priorities and the order of various tasks pragmatically to ensure resources are utilized on the most critical issues.
• Anticipate risks: identify potential risks (delays, unexpected costs, lack of resources) and communicate them succinctly to management.
• Facilitate dependencies: coordinate interactions between different teams and ease change management by making objectives tangible.
• Governance: ensure governance by bringing together the right stakeholders for decision-making and regularly report strategic progress to management.
• Collaborate with technical teams: work daily with technical teams to unblock inefficiencies and facilitate project advancement.
