Position: Maintenance Mechanic III
Factory Location: Hot Springs Village, ARCompensation: $40.82 / hour at time of hire with $.50 increases at 90 and 180 days with successful review
Sign on Bonus: $4000 paid after 90 days of employment – Sign on bonus eligibility applies only to new hires who have not been previously employed by the company, its affiliates, or its predecessors. Shift differential: 6% - 8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am on a 2-2-3 rotation; night shiftAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections and complete required repairsRespond to and resolve emergency equipment issues during production in a timely and efficient mannerSupport equipment changeovers to ensure smooth and efficient operationsModify and/or fabricate equipment to support line performance and improvementsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficientlyMaintain equipment to support maximum reliability and consistent product qualityPerform maintenance and upkeep for plant equipment and off-site facilitiesAccurately complete and maintain shift maintenance logsExecute start-up and shutdown procedures for all plant equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standardsOperate and work on equipment using industrial chemicals (including caustics, acids, and ammonia) following safety guidelinesParticipate in on-call rotation to support emergency maintenance needs
Qualifications
QualificationsExperience in industrial maintenance or related fields, including work with mechanical systems and computerized equipmentKnowledge of industrial electrical systems and weldingMillwright certification or experience preferredExperience with HVAC and/or plumbing systems a plusStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipmentEffective organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and production demandsAbility to lift up to 60 poundsAbility to perform frequent walking and standing throughout the shiftAbility to safely perform multi-task operations while maintaining performance standardsWillingness to work flexible shifts, as needed to support production and project requirementsAvailability to meet operational and emergency needs, including on-call expectationsMust be able to provide own tools
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
