Blackstone Private Wealth was established to meet the growing demand for Blackstone investment solutions among high‑net‑worth investors globally. Partnering with many of the world’s leading private banks, wealth management platforms, and family offices, the Private Wealth team delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative investment capabilities, primarily focused on its perpetual fund offerings, to these institutions and their clients. The team provides comprehensive product access, strategic portfolio insights, and ongoing advisor education across the alternatives landscape.
Leveraging Blackstone’s global scale across Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit, and Hedge Fund Solutions, the platform structures differentiated multi‑strategy and multi‑asset investment solutions designed to integrate into client portfolios. Blackstone currently manages approximately $324 billion of capital from Private Wealth clients globally.
The Private Wealth business operates across a global footprint with teams in New York, London, Zurich, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, partnering with many of the world’s largest wealth management institutions, independent advisors, and family offices.
Role Overview
Blackstone Private Wealth is seeking an Associate to help drive strategic initiatives across Private Wealth and the perpetual funds platform, supporting the continued growth and evolution of one of the alternatives industry’s leading private wealth organizations. This role is designed for a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, operations, and client solutions.
Working closely with senior leadership across Blackstone Private Wealth and the firm, the Associate will help drive critical strategic initiatives that enhance growth, scalability, operational efficiency, sales / distribution capabilities, and the overall client experience. The successful candidate will combine strong problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach to execution, helping build the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities required to support the next phase of growth across the platform.
This individual will play a key role in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives, improving operating models and analytical frameworks, and supporting the adoption of innovative technologies and scalable solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with senior leaders and executives across Blackstone Private Wealth and the firm to shape and advance priority strategic initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, platform scalability, sales and distribution capabilities, and the client experience.
- Develop analytical frameworks to assess and enhance business performance and operational effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate directly with Blackstone’s perpetual fund investment teams to advance shared business priorities and cross-platform initiatives.
- Support the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects across investment, client coverage, operations, technology, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI, automation, and technology-enabled scalable solutions to improve operational performance, sales capabilities, and client service.
- Develop management reporting, business analyses, and executive-level materials to support decision making and initiative execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional designation is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, financial services, management consulting, private markets, wealth management, corporate strategy, or operational transformation.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple workstreams and execute effectively in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving projects and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Interest in private markets, wealth management, and platform innovation strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with data analytics, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Expected annual base salary range:
$130,000 - $175,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
