We are seeking a Leasing Professional in Detroit, MI at 7850 E Jefferson who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.
You Have:
- Marketing and networking skills
- Previous experience with Tax Credit, Lease up, & HUD
- Phone and email etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
