The Greater China Local Creation team creates inspiring product closer to the consumer. By deepening consumer connection and operating with speed and specificity, the team translates local sport, culture, style, and marketplace insights into product that resonates with consumers in GC.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a footwear product line manager to help shape Performance footwear for Greater China consumers through the Local Creation model. You will connect athlete and consumer insights with sport performance needs, product innovation, and marketplace opportunity. You bring a strong understanding of performance footwear, clear product judgment, and the ability to drive cross-functional creation work from brief to market.
We are looking for a footwear product leader who combines a deep understanding of Greater China consumers with strong product intuition, commercial judgment, and a passion for sport and culture. You will help turn local consumer insights into compelling footwear concepts and assortments that strengthen the Nike Brand and serve the marketplace with speed and specificity.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Build seasonal product line plans for assigned Performance footwear categories, athletes, or consumer opportunities in GC.
Translate athlete, consumer, sport, competition, marketplace, and trend insights into focused product briefs and assortment recommendations.
Partner with Design and Product Development to create performance footwear that balances function, innovation, fit, aesthetics, and local relevance.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Sports Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align product strategies and launch plans.
Manage product lifecycle, pricing, cost and margin inputs, product data, and creation calendar milestones.
Track progress against objectives, resolve issues with partners, and adjust plans as consumer or business needs evolve.
Create and deliver clear product presentations at seasonal checkpoints and internal meetings.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work within the Performance Footwear Product Line Management team for Local Creation GC and collaborate with Footwear Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketplace, and global Performance product teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
8+ years of relevant experience in footwear product management, merchandising, product creation, sport performance, or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of performance footwear creation, athlete and consumer needs, product lifecycle, and line planning.
Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into focused product briefs and decisions.
Strong product eye with interest in footwear innovation, materials, fit, function, and sport culture.
Experience collaborating across Design, Development, Merchandising, Brand, and Marketplace teams.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Fluency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred.
