Description

Ready to be a Titan?

Most compensation functions answer questions. We're building one that anticipates them.

ServiceTitan is a post-IPO, globally distributed software company with operations across the US, Canada, Armenia, India, Poland, and Australia. Our compensation function owns the full stack — strategy, structure, incentive design, equity programs, cycle execution, enablement and the employee and manager experience of all of it. What's unusual is what we're building toward: instant, dynamic visibility for every employee into their total compensation, tools to model equity outcomes, and managers who understand their budget and feel confident having comp conversations before they need to.

In this role you’ll lead the modeling, tools and enablement that turn our compensation approach into a strategic asset, thinking about all of it the way a product manager thinks about a product: who's the user, what's creating friction, and what does a better version look like?

You're energized by the intersection of innovative plan design, financial rigor and employee experience.  You build trust with collaborators by partnering with them to prioritize and solve for the most pressing business problems and opportunities.  You have ideas on how to leverage technology, automation and AI to model innovative incentive and equity plan design structures, create budgets that both make sense for business needs and meet the guardrails that will keep ServiceTitan successful, and lead our global compensation frameworks.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and evolution of our bonus and long-term incentive programs, connecting individual and company performance to outcomes that are understandable, motivating, and aligned with how the business creates value.
  • Own equity design as a strategic asset — design equity programs to attract and retain top talent, and drive performance differentiation, build the enablement that drives understanding, and partner with Finance and Legal on program mechanics, dilution modeling, and board approval.
  • Own the tools and access that our talent acquisition team needs to drive the most competitive offers, that the BP teams need to partner with their business leaders, and that leaders, managers and employees need to truly understand compensation rhythms, cadences and budgets at any time throughout the year.
  • Own the architecture that enables the compensation team to move quickly, and enable partner teams requiring compensation inputs at offer, internal moves or new roles
  • Partner with talent management on pay for performance alignment, ensuring that we are enabling leaders, managers and employees to fully understand their compensation outcomes
  • Stay ahead of the market through real-time data and peer relationships, monitoring how AI, pay transparency legislation, and workforce shifts are changing the landscape before they show up in offers or attrition.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience designing & building global compensation structures across various markets (North America, EMEA, etc)
  • Experience or exposure to high growth business
  • Knowledge of a broad set of tools and technology that make the work efficient and delivery optimal outcomes
  • Ability to juggle strategic projects and tactical day-to-day tasks
  • Complex problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Expert modelling capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail. Comfortable navigating leadership across all levels (Including Board level)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, learn quickly and work independently
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience building, designing and managing global compensation & equity programs
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with strong analytical skills
