  • Partner with Organisational Effectiveness Leads and Organisational Design Leads to shape future-state functional operating models.
  • Support the development of revised functional architecture, including career pathways, and functional design standards.
  • Facilitate alignment between operating model design decisions, workforce implications, governance requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate activities necessary to transition functions from current-state to future-state models.
  • Establish and coordinate governance forums, working groups and stakeholder engagement mechanisms.
  • Drive alignment across Business Leaders, Human Capital teams, Organisational Effectiveness and Organisational Design leaders.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure appropriate governance approvals are obtained.
  • Identify and manage key risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and change management approaches to support organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate strategic messaging and communication plans associated with function transformation changes.
  • Prepare executive presentations, discussion papers, steering committee materials, and decision-support documents.
  • Ensure leaders and impacted stakeholders understand the rationale, benefits, and implications of proposed changes.
  • Support organisational readiness and adoption activities across impacted business areas.
  • Coordinate delivery capacity across multiple functional transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated programme plans that consolidate activities across functions and stakeholders.
  • Track implementation progress, milestones, and benefits realisation.
  • Manage interdependencies across Business, Human Capital, Technology, and Organisational Design workstreams.
  • Escalate delivery risks and recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Develop executive-level reporting for governance forums and leadership stakeholders.
  • Provide insights on programme progress, stakeholder readiness, adoption risks, and implementation effectiveness.
