Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. Front Desk Receptionist - On Call

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care. 

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments 

·         Register patients and accurately enter demographic information 

·         Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records 

·         Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources 

·         Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps 

·         Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas 

Qualifications: 

·         High School Diploma or GED required 

·         Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred 

·         Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 

·         Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills 

·         Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment 

Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.

On call - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly
